A Documentary focusing on the current state of the U.S./Mexico border. The story will be told through the life stories of interviewees of disparate viewpoints. We will interview immigrants who have risked their lives to sneak across the border as well as the self appointed vigilantes who try to stop them.
Treatment
This project is to be something of a pilot for a series of documentaries concentrating on the human stories of immigration. This first installment will provide a brief history of immigration in the United States along with two juxtaposed interviews between a pair of individuals who are on completely different sides of the issue.
